This weekend, we will be entering the studio with everyone's favorite elctro-pop-chaos-crossover-garage rock band, the almighty, Ugly Twin, to start recording, what will end up as our first split. Keep your ears to the grindstone, for more updates, tidbits, shinfo, lies, rumors, and much more............

What a night.........

Once again, Texas Metal Collective put together one hell of a line up for it's first March edition of Free Metal Thursdays. The Revival Party, and Memoirs of a Mercenary came out swinging and got the crowd riled up. We had a tall order to fill, the crowd was wanting a show and we were there to provide the entertainment.

Now, being the type of dudes we are, we do not like to disappoint. So we put our best foot forward and did what we do, which must mean ruining a perfectly good guitar. Not even through our set opener "1000 Yard Stare" I go and Jose Canseco my Les Paul, if you don't get the refernce you never will, luckily I had a back up and we solidered on with the set. Once that kink was eliminated we were back in action, firing on all pistons. We relentlessly slammed through the remainder of our songs, not letting anyone, including ourselves, catch their breath.

The night was a success entirely, great bands, great crowd, great vibe. If you don't believe me go to Spin R Photography and see a few pics of our set taken by the talented Spin Rodriguez. Wouldn't have it any other way, we'd like to think TMC, The Revival Party, and Memoirs of a Mercenary and all the amazing people that stuck around to see us play. We will hopefully see you all really soon, as in March 14th at Hoek's !!!!! Come support all your favorite metal bands!!!

WELCOME TO WASTELAND

After hours of blood, sweat and beers we are finally unleashing our debut EP, WSTLND. The EP is available through iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, Spotify, Zune, our Bandcamp page, our merch site and at Waterloo Records in Austin, as well as at every show we play.

Now that 2012 is upon us we have no intentions of slowing down. We have a string of dates booked and many more in the works, so keep your eye out for us... we just might be in your town soon. Being the non-stop, go-gettin hustlers that we are, we have already started recording the follow-up to WSTLND, which remains untitled at the moment. A date has not yet been set for our sophomore release, but know that we will not slow down this year. We are going to come at you like a giant chariot made of thunderclouds pulled by tsunami horses.

We are fury, we are frustration, we will not relent, we are the new noise, we are DSGNS………………………..
